Calling All Pitmasters and Chief Cooks! Join Our Annual Capital City Cook-Off!

Do you have what it takes to be crowned the Capital City Cook-Off Champion? We need cook teams like you!

We’re looking for passionate pitmasters and backyard BBQ enthusiasts to put their skills to the test. Each team will be asked to cook at least 25 slabs of ribs, which will be judged by a panel of experts and enjoyed by event attendees. Plus, with multiple award categories, you’ll have more chances to win!
